Position Summary
Servoo.us is seeking three experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our suite of innovative products to prospective clients. They will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of Servoo.us products to showcase their value proposition and benefits to clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized assistance to understand their needs and requirements.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of interests.
- Sales Support: Provide support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for sales growth and product enhancement.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue potential and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, sales calls, and client interactions, using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital solutions or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- General familiarity with digital solutions and online marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
