Position Summary
Servoo.us is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across multiple markets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and job satisfaction. Set clear sales targets, provide guidance and support, and conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory allocation. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead negotiations, resolve conflicts, and secure long-term partnerships and contracts.
- Sales Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and sales enablement resources to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and professional development.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, board members, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, customer support, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, and projects to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and customer preferences. Use insights to develop targeted sales strategies, product enhancements, and value propositions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize cost-efficiency. Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales management or leadership roles, preferably in the digital solutions or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
