Position Summary: Servoo.us is looking for 45 motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our suite of innovative products to prospective clients. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the target market, including companies and recruitment agencies, to generate leads and opportunities for sales.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of Servoo.us products, including Video Job Interview, Servoo Hyper CV, and Career Counseling services, to showcase their value proposition and benefits to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized assistance to understand their needs and requirements.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of interests.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for sales growth and product enhancement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, sales calls, and client interactions, using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
Qualifications:
- High School or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- General familiarity with HR technology solutions and recruitment processes.
- Appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Certification in Video Job Interview, Servoo Hyper CV, and Career Counseling services from Servoo.us is preferred.
