Job Description: As a Freelance Sales Executive at Servoo.us, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the UAE market. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of sales strategies. The ideal candidate must have their own UAE freelance visa and demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s client base.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure ethical and legal sales practices.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish Servoo.us as a leader in the market.
• Proactively gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, representing Servoo.us positively at all times.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid UAE freelance visa.
• Proven sales experience in the UAE market, preferably in Sales & Marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE Driving license is preferred (Optional).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
