Position Title: Accountant – KSA

Position Summary: Servoo.us is seeking detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to support financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The Accountants will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable: Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection.
3. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
6. Expense Management: Monitor and analyze expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
7. Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis activities, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support decision-making processes.
8. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules, gathering documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
