Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Data Entry Accountant located in Dubai. The role involves entering financial data into the Quick Books system accurately and in a timely fashion, and ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded. Tasks also involve reconciling bank and credit card statements, researching and analyzing discrepancies, and generating reports from the financial data and ensuring all QuickBooks data entries are kept up to date and entered accurately.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks Qualified
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate through various accounting software
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times in handling sensitive financial information
• Experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is preferred, but not required
• Experience with event management and/or hospitality industry is a plus
