We are looking for a SAP HR system/development manager to aid our customer. The person will manager the HR application life cycle. Please let me know if you know someone who might be interested.
Role:
Define and govern HR application design; ensure technical specifications meet business needs; lead and guide key resources during development and testing phases.
Lead the technical implementation of HR application projects to ensure the required level of quality and on-time delivery.
Act as key contact for definition and delivery of the support model and runbook, test strategy, deployment strategy and stabilization phases.
Lead transition and transfer from project delivery team to application support team
Contribute to decisions on product, tool and method choices, providing information on industry trends.

Qualifications:
Experience in delivering large, complex IT projects in a functional team leadership role
Minimum of 5 years of operating and configuration experience with customer-centric solutions such as SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
Functional and technical expertise with SAP HR for Payroll, SuccessFactors for EC, PMGM, Comp and Dell Boomi modules and/or SAP SCP (CPI)
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Experience in the development and management of WRICEF objects during the design and construction phases of the project.
