• -Experience in value extraction of implemented solution, via looking at functional gaps, SaaS solution fitment, technology deficit
• -Review user adaptation of SaaS and identify and suggest ways to increase acceptability of Oracle SaaS
• -Help clients establish quarterly upgrade release uptake as a process in conjunction with business and technology
